Identify Your Business—What’s are the assumptions about markets, economy, environment, customers that drive the business?


What makes the business work? What is the framework that drives it or will?

Articulating a valid theory of business: A theory of the business has three parts:  


Assumptions about the environment of the organisation: society and its structure, the market, the customer and technology. (It define what it is paid for) 


Assumptions about the specific mission of the organization. (It define what it considers to be meaningful results) 


Assumptions about the core competencies needed to accomplish the organization’s mission. (It define where it must excel in order to maintain leadership)

Session 2: Define The Company's Core

Define the core values and core purpose of your company.

Examples from many companies and how they have articulated these


Brainstorm and debate a set of values and purpose as it exists in people's minds.


What is your company's core purpose - the reason for its existence. Why do people come to work in their company every day? What is special?

What are your core values that drive the company? What is non-negotiable? Why are they important? What is the mechanism to put these to practice?

What is the long term vision for the business and what are the short-medium term goals.

Can I enroll as a team?

Yes. The practice and application of all our tools is team based—which is why we believe that learning is better together. The course sign up allows engagement for up to 5 people that you can nominate from your team. Additional members can be enrolled for $99 each. After you sign up there will be a link to speak to your facilitator. Everything will be set up from thereon.

How do the sessions get scheduled?

As soon as you sign up, there will be a link to schedule the sessions. Simply pick the date and time on the calendar and there we go.

What if I don't get the results I hoped for?

In the very unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the program for any reason, you can ask for the full refund. No questions ever asked.

How long will I have access to the recordings?

You will have access to all recordings - i.e. videos and our discussions for 120 days.
