THE CHALLENGE

Stagnant growth for the last 3 years. Tally has a network channel of over 27000 partners. Piracy is rampant. They have just fired 700 people. One of the Big Fours as a consultant failed and management has lost faith in external help. 

STRATEGY

We developed four interventions for Tally: The Mindset Shift Program for the management. The Business Strategy Program for helping partners understand how they could benefit. 

The Sales Program for arming the partners in the newer sales techniques and engagement.

 

The Tally Legacy program for building an emoXonal connect with the company.

 

ThereaYer 120 internal people were trained to lead these intervenXons. A detailed execuXon plan for Tally was prepared. 120 Trainers then toiled their way to delivering these soluXons over the next six months.
